Have u ever met someone in your life who actually till the second you read my blog u have never met him/her enimore, but he/she helps u colored ur life???
I did.
Back in October 2004, I joined a camp, let say, it was a camp for giving you a knowledge about healthy living. I met a girl of my age there. That 2 weeks only made us told our stories. We jogged together in the morning (till some of the joggers thought she was my big sis), prepared some of the healthy meals, went to mall, etc, etc….Just dat, just the ordinary girl friend stuffs and as soon as I went home from the camp, we never talked again, till now.
One thing dat came out my mind this evening was what Sisca (her name) had showed me from his journey. She is working in cruise ship. She showed me her photos in
Seattle
(where the one of the vessels she worked in based at),
South America
’s countries (
Peru
, etc, etc), the photos of
Suez Canal
,…etc, etc…whoah…the places I could only dream of (for this time)…
She also told me dat she’s been serving the cruises to Alaska…(the cities I used to mentioned to my clients when I worked as an outbound tour officer)…Ketchikan, Prince William’s Sound, Vancouver, etc, etc…I was so happy the time she told me ‘bout the Alaska cruise, at least I did understood what she was talking about since I have learnt them from the meeting I attended for selling the Alaskan Cruise and the guide books also worked so well…
Two stories dat I still remember were when she got smallpox so dat she got an empty guest room with balcony with ocean view and also a stupid fellow from one of European country (I forgot one) who tried to do a suicide by jumping into the Alaskan ocean and the crews found her alive lied in an icing land (am I rite? Icing land???kkkk…^^)…
I didn’t really spend dat two weeks with her, coz she had to leave for a job interview dat she didn’t really into it in the 3rd day of our 2nd weeks, just because her mom didn’t want her to be back at the ocean. But, the last time I heard her news from her mom, she has been back to the ocean again.
One thing dat I learn from her is dat she wants to fight for pursuing her dream. She once said, “Well, u know, Kat, if I have your diploma and certificates, I wouldn’t have to be suffered carrying around guests plates, glasses, etc, but I will take the customer assistance position (a division where they accompany the guest to help them choosing some tours when the cruise ship land in a certain place, sort of concierge’s job description in a hotel).
She loves to travel and not afraid to struggle for it…well, it’s kind of knocking me lately…
TGIS…
I didnt realize dat today is Saturday…
Well, so sorry for my right eye…i guess i will take a DVDs Nite as the topic for this saturday nite…
I dont know why as soon as i realize dat today is Saturday, my heart, mind, and soul are as calm as the sea after the hurricane with the sun shine over ‘em…kkkk…
okay, hope y’all have a wonderful weekend, guys…
The eye…
Me…again…
I have been “tortured” by this right eye ache for almost a week…my eye looks normal, no itch nor “colored” red, but if you look at it carefully, u’ll find dat it’s smaller than the left one. Yup! It obviously has something attacked by anonymous virus (anonymous for me, I mean…^^).
It’s the guilty inside me, if I know dat I have it, but I still hang out around “normal” people, so I “lock” myself in my room…But at the time I write this blog, I begin to feel dat I need to get fresher air outside the border of 4 walls around…help, help,… But wait, you know dat I always try to find the positive side over the negative one…the plus side is that I can wear my fake minus glasses again which I bought in China back in 1999 (ehm..it was when my right eye, again, attacked by Kyun
Nam
’s left middle finger, it wasn’t in purpose of course, but legion of my friends blamed (though I was the victim) for going out of control in…kkkkkk…)
I entertain myself by reading more books and watching more and more dvds (one in the list is One Tree Hill season 2)…kkk…not a good treatment for an eye-ache…I know…but, I prefer to get well slower (for my eye’s health) than get damage on my mind and soul (for not getting dat fresh air, since I’m trapped inside my room)…well, I think it’s kind of work…really…my eyes got only a lil’ progression, but my mind and soul are still survive…
Sigh…actually, it’s not this eye-ache dat matter this time…it’s the boredom and some contradiction which is still hanging on my head and still don’t have eni win-win solution over it…The more I think about them, the more I found it hard to be solved…
So rite now, I just prefer to be “silent” (they say dat silent is golden, aren’t i?)…n praying of course…enibody wants to help me with the pray???

HI!…i promised Fony yesterday (at her bday),to try updating my blog everyday…believe me! i try to do my best to get rid of my laziness…
A week a go…on Feb.27,2006…ce Xiao Mei, Eddy (c.xm’s bfren), n I went to
Malang Town Square
’s (Matos) cinema to watch Memoirs of Geisha (ehm, don’t laugh!!!i know it’s kind of lateeeeee…very late for watching da movie…but,it’s okay…it’s not the movie dat matter…it’s da feeling of going back to our teenage hood)…But, we forgot dat every Monday is “pahe” time (paket hemat = you just pay half normal ticket price)…
When we saw the queue in front of the ticket’s vendor, we decided to watch it in the next showtime…omigod…there’re only front row’s ticket dat’re still available…sigh…so we decided to watch the movie tomorrow…then we just walk around the mall, talking bout enithing…until we saw an ice-cream booth near the cinema…the booth is so lovely with funny colors cover it…
The shop girl is funny, too…she told us to taste eni ice cream in dat store before we decided which flavor we’d buy n when Eddy asked her what if we’ve been full after trying the entire ice cream she had, then she answered,” Well, then I should thank you for being full over my ice cream”…we laugh…^^
Finally, we have decided on what ice cream we want to buy…Eddy bought a pina colada, c Xiao Mei bought a peach, and I , since lately I’m so crazy over blueberry and strawberry, I chose the strawberry…
Sadly, maybe since we tried over many ice cream before deciding to buy, the taste was mixed one another…then we have to admit dat Eddy’s choice was the best one (it was the first ice-cream he tried), runner up was mine (an ordinary strawberry ice cream), and c Xiao Mei’s was in the third place…(left=peach, right=pina colada, middle=mine, strawberry)…
We did have fun dat time…then we went to another cinema, and thanks God…we got 3 tickets in the middle row for the next showtime…
